Getting Better
Every Round.
A jiu-jitsu academy built on fundamentals, sharp technique, and a tight crew. Structured curriculum, open mats, no ego. Step on the mat — we'll handle the rest.
// HQ — LEWISBURG, WVOut Mat Space and Fitness AreaNo-gi, gi, kids, fitness, and competition training. Wherever you’re starting, there’s a place for you on the mat. Your first class is free.
No-Gi
Rashguard, shorts, and you. Five classes a week — early mornings and evenings — with every level on the same mat, day one included.
Gi
The jacket changes the fight: grips, collars, a slower, sharper game. All levels, Monday and Wednesday nights. Don't have a gi of your own? We'll lend you one.
Kids (Ages 4–13)
Ages 4 to 13, three evenings a week. One time slot, two groups by age — every kid trains with kids their own size.
Competition Team
For students who want to test their jiu-jitsu in tournaments. No fixed slot on the schedule — if you're interested, talk to a coach.
Fitness
A real workout for everyone — strength, conditioning, and mobility, no experience needed. Three sessions a week, and the evening ones run during kids class so parents can train while the kids do.
The mat.
The crew.
The moments that make a team.
